Carthage College's Ashley Gladis (Fr., Batavia, Ill.) was named the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin “Women's Swimmer of the Week” on Nov. 1.  Gladis won four individual events and was part of two winning relay teams in an Oct. 28-29 quadrangular meet with Albion College, Hope College and Olivet College.  She finished first in the 100 breaststroke (1:10.77), the 200 breaststroke (2:35.51), the 200 individual medley (2:15.71) and the 400 individual medley (4:53.27).  Gladis was also part of a winning 200 medley relay (1:53.21) and 400 medley relay (4:09.35).
