Carthage's Adam Glover and Michelle Pelka Named CCIW "Swimmers of the Week"

Carthage College's Adam Glover (Jr., Eureka, Mo.) and Michelle Pelka (Sr., Elgin, Ill./Elgin Academy) were named CCIW “Swimmers of the Week” on Jan. 18. Glover compiled a season-best time in the 1,650 freestyle (17:14.47) in a Jan. 16 dual meet at Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He also had a season-best time in finishing third in the 400 individual medley (4:38.53). Pelka won the 200 butterfly (season-best 2:09.60) and finished second in the 400 individual medley (season-best 4:38.84) at Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
