The Carthage College women's tennis team (0-0, 0-0 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin) was scheduled to open its 2010-11 season on Wednesday, Sept. 1 by playing host to Wisconsin Lutheran College at the Smeds Tennis Center in Kenosha, Wis., but that match was rained out and re-scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 7 at 5 p.m.  Carthage plays host to CCIW-opponent Illinois Wesleyan University on Friday, Sept. 3 in a 1 p.m. contest, also at the Smeds Tennis Center.  On Saturday, Sept. 4, the Lady Reds travel to Whitewater, Wis., to play in the Wisconsin-Whitewater Tournament, beginning at 9 a.m.
