Carthage Names Emily Goetz Graduate Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach

Emily Goetz begins her first year as a graduate assistant women's lacrosse coach in 2010 after a four-year playing career at the University of Redlands between 2000 and 2004. Goetz also played on the 2003 Southwest national women's lacrosse team. She has also served as the assistant team director of the Minnesota-based “G Team,” a competition-snowboard team. A native of Forth Worth Texas, Goetz grew up in Wayzata, Minn., and graduated from Redlands in 2004 with a bachelor's in psychology. She is currently completing work on her master's in education at Carthage.
