Carthage College wide receiver Jeff Koeneman (Sr., Barrington, Ill./Palatine-Fremd, 103.1 receiving yards per game) was named 2009 Wisconsin Private College “Football Player of the Year” and Tim Rucks Wisconsin Private College “Football Coach of the Year.”
